Update for EU Customers
The UK’s Brexit transition period officially ended on December 31st, meaning the UK formally left the EU on January the 1st 2021. Since then, we have been asked regularly by customers if we are still able to ship to Countries within the EU. The answer is Yes, we are still shipping orders to all Countries within the EU, and will continue to do so.
Whilst we are still shipping orders to the EU, our Carriers have been experiencing some slight delays processing parcels through their network and across borders. These delays are expected reduce over time, as our Carriers adapt to the new rules and procedures involved.
Unfortunately there have also been a slight increase in cost for sending orders to the EU. These increases are unavoidable and are the result of increased work required by our Carriers to clear parcels through Customs. EU customers may now also be required to pay import duty on items imported from outside the EU, these rates are out of our control as they are set by their Countries Government.
We hope that over time, costs for sending to the EU will gradually reduce and deliveries will be smoother and faster.
Please continue to buy with confidence.
